Petromaxes and complementary maple leaves
Got yesterday my shipment of two ex-Bundeswehr Petromax (& Geniol to the right) pressure lamps (that come in great storage cases where the lamps are suspended between springs, protecting the glass and the mantle which is fragile when burnt). These provide a lot more light than traditional wick kerosene lamps, in these the fuel is gasified and is then "sprayed" onto a lamp mantle or "sock" which then glow brightly.
Great as a powerful backup light, for example the Red Cross use these in field hospitals and such where there's no power.
