Flucht aus dem Nebel / Escape out of the fog

Meistens liegt mein Zuhause in Flatz hoch genug, um auf das Nebelmeer des Schwarzatals hinunter blicken zu können. Doch bei manchen Wetterlagen verschwindet auch Flatz tagelang im Nebel. Dann flüchten wir für einen Sonnenausflug gerne auf die Höhenlage bei Altendorf, um wieder Sonne tanken zu können.Dieses Foto zeigt den Nebel über dem Schwarzatal, der zwar Flatz verschlungen hat, aber nicht den Gösing und die Hohe Wand.

Most of the time my home in Flatz is high enough to look down on the sea of fog in the Schwarzatal. But in some weather conditions even Flatz disappears in the fog for days. Then we like to escape to the heights near Altendorf for a sunny excursion to soak up the sun again. This photo shows the fog over the Schwarzatal, which has engulfed Flatz, but not the mountains Goesing and the Hohe Wand.
