Black Vulture
Just after you enter the park, there is a short road that takes you to the Anhinga Trail. I saw plenty of Anhingas on the trail, but the parking lot was ruled by the Black Vultures. Dozens of them! But be warned - they enjoy pulling the rubber trim off of cars - a fact I discovered after I returned to the parking lot. Apparently this is a common problem in the Everglades: www.miamiherald.com/2012/12/28/3159785/everglades-park-offers-anti-vulture.html
