A map highlighting the different cities that could be linked to Las Vegas by rail. A proposed maglev would go from Vegas to Anaheim. DesertXpress, a proposed privately-funded, standard steel-wheel on rail system would go from Vegas only to Victorville. It would, in effect, simply make Victorville a railroad suburb of Vegas.
