There are no paragraphs instructing anyone to avoid spilling anything on these instructions, and they have neglected to state that the exclamation point shall include the question mark, the period, the ellipsis, the dash and general meaningless. He includes she and vice versa, the singular includes the plural, etc. etc. Time is of the essence.
