Unbalanced...

Unbalanced...
...and not wearing well. The aluminium-clad Silverline block of 58 flats was built in 2001 to the design of Claus en Kaan Architecten (since disbanded). Its shape is based on the belief that people prefer living at the top or bottom of a tower rather than at middling heights.

It's an interesting idea but too grotty for my taste, especially at around €240K each flat (last week's prices).
