FOCUS! 

I must admit that I was a little startled when seeing this photo that one of my colleagues at work had taken during our two hour Badminton match last night. I don't remember having ever been as focussed as that, so I take it as an indication that various treatments I receive regarding my physical condition have begun to kick in.
