Baked Apple with Orange Sauce and Yogurt
Cut three apples in half. Take out the core. In a small bowl, mix together three tablespoons each of brown sugar, chopped pecans, and dried cranberries. Stir in a teaspoon of flour and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Fill the apple craters with the mixture and place the apples in a buttered baking dish. Add the juice of two oranges to the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Baste the apples with orange juice a couple of times. If the mixture browns too quickly, just cover with foil. Serve with yogurt and pour on the thickened orange sauce.
