Crisp Tofu

Crisp Tofu
I am not a bit fan of tofu but I can gobble this up. Cut half a block of tufu into fingers and coat in the following mixture:
2 parts nutritional yeast to 1 part wheat germ with a dash of salt and pepper. Fry in vegetable oil until golden and crispy. Yummy. Adapted from Ruth Tal's cookbook, Refresh.
