Zuppa di Ceci with Bruschetta
Italian chickpea soup with cumin, rosemary and garlic. The zuppa was served with olive bread, lightly toasted and brushed with olive oil. A couple of spoonfuls of the tomato mixture on top. Pop in the broiler.
