It did NOT want me there.... I absolutely adore those birds although they scare me hips with those aggressive "almost" attacks :o)

Actually that is to thank to the light outside when I took this little walk with my son - it was night time and the sun was rather low :o)

Gosh! He seems almost translucent! Was the sun behind him? It looks as though he is almost an xray - each feather is separate. Very clever capture and that telephoto lens...! Marvellous! :-)

Thank you soooo much :o) Yes the sun was behind him which explains the xray look - and I used my 70-200mm lens which is one of my faves... :o)

Ragga pay really attention this "sea swallows" are really aggressive if you come to close of their nests. Be carefull even for your beautifull eyes !

If I had time and money you may be sure I will come in Iceland for 15 days taking landscapes, nature and bird photography ! But... economic crisis is making forest industry very hard ! Days are really difficult !
