A very beautiful day!!! 


Today started as all others - with all my beautiful smiling "boys"... (to me they ARE beautiful :o)

At lunch time I went on a kind-off "meeting" that I go to every 3 weeks together with 99 other women :o) ALWAYS fun and good company... today there was this discussion about kids that are born "different" - f.ex. paralyzed, deaf, blind, down syndrome and so on... We got to watch this beautiful film about one boy and his family - Alexander is his name (like my youngest one). Well it was a film made by Martin, Mary Ellen Marks husband, and it was so touching and beautiful. All the kids in this film were so beautiful and most of all they seemed happy....

OMG I got so touched by this film and discussion.

I went straight home, called my husband and he took a day off and we went out with our little boys... (The oldest one being at school)...

That should explain this not so good picture :o)

Heiðmörkin klikkar aldrei :o) Ertu búin að sjá myndina um Alexander?? Ef ekki mæli ég með henni, enn til sýningar á Þjóðminjasafninu.... einhvernveginn kemur maður bættari manneskja út frá henni...

LOL - we have a "saying" - If you get lost in an Icelandic forrest.... Stand up!!! - (meaning that the trees are so small that if you were standing you would rise above them hihihi.... Of course it is not true BUT it is a good saying anyways :o)

Muhaha - small crystals made of frozen water - together they form all kinds of nice things as: snowballs, snowman and so on BUT snow feels cold so be sure to wear some warm cloths if you plan on finding out how this snow IS :o) Visit Iceland :o)
