The only difference we made was putting the veggies on top of the salmon instead of next to it. I think it made all the difference. Oh, and we minced the olives and halved the tomatoes. My oven is old, so we had to cook it for 15 minutes instead of ten, but nothing burned. Amazing and Delicious! Give it a try!

Very appetizing. Salmon with Green Beans sounds good, but it looks like Anchovy? Salmon in Europe ist always red / orange.

That's anchovy on the top. The pink stuff below is the salmon.
