Dumbass pig on the left failed to stop at the stop line, because he wanted to play pretend bumper cars with the dumbass pig on the right, who enjoyed the game so much he changed lanes in the intersection, without signalling - swerving toward the other dumbass cop playing pretend bumper cars. The dumbass cop on the left then floored it, laying down some rubber and letting his tires screech as he raced around the intersection-lane-changing cop while making an illegal lane change in the intersection without signalling, after failing to stop at the stop line.
