I've seen this before but I'm not sure of the cause/explanation. People, addicts(?), writhing in what appears to be pain, their muscles flexing and contracting - their bodies reacting to some sort of chemical imbalance, or adjusting to the influx of the drug in the brain... ...like a baby bird falling from the nest - in those moments before the wings and air unite in harmony - and they are able to take flight.
