Annalia, yes, you're right! on other peaks there is a summit cross, here it is a rusty sculpture. Very unusual. And you can see it from almost everywhere. :-)

Tolles Teil und tolle location dafür

Lutz, ja, der Luginbühl war ein Teufelskerl. Und wer, wann, wo beschlossen hat, das Teil hierher zu setzen habe ich noch nicht herausgefunden.

Herrlich "verrückt" Am Schönsten ist der eigene Maulschlüssel des Bildhauers.

Falk, ja, der Schlüssel ist sein Markenzeichen, seine Unterschrift. Den findet man auf vielen => seiner Kunstwerke (PiP).

Diane, yes, he did some really impressive works! As far as I know, they got the work of art up the mountain in separate parts (with a helicopter) and up here he welded it together. And yes, it is his philosophy: virtually no moving parts.
If you want to see great works of art that move, you have to look at his contemporary and compatriot => Jean Tinguely. He was also much more famous and placed his works all over the world.
