Hikers paradise (or hikers' paradise?) ;-)
The Martin's Hole (see note in the picture on the right edge).
Only twice a year (in spring and autumn) the sun shines through this hole in the rock face onto the church of Elm, a little village. The Martin's Hole is named after a legend about the shepherd Martin.

polytropos club has replied to Gudrun clubHier kam zusätzlich vor ein paar tausend Jahren noch ein gewaltiger Felssturz mit Millionen Kubikmetern Fels und Geröll, der das Tal aufgefüllt hat. Die Bäche haben dann alles schön wieder aufgefüllt, so dass Schwemmland entstanden ist.
Die Topografie kann man sehr schön auf der swisstopo-Karte sehen (siehe Link unter dem Bild).
