A very sad end.......
But where is an end, there is a new beginning! I hope you to see you and your pictures soon on the other place!

Greetings

Very sad indeed, Aleks. I do not know where the eventual place will be, but thanks to Lutz, in the interim many of us can be found via the above link.
Try to enjoy the weekend.

Thank you for providing a smile on a day like this- you couldn't have found a better photo! I wonder how long it has been standing there in this state, maybe as long as this site....
At least we have a meeting place and have gained time to decide what we really want.

Many thanks for your kind words, Gudrun. It is not easy to smile at the moment. The car had obviously found a different parking place by the time I next visited that street (ul. Kirochnaya in St Petersburg).
This image is also in the new group over on the dark side, but with slightly different text.

Thank you. I am a member of that group, however they have strict guidelines as to what constitutes a fence ;-)

Hi Polyrus

Very nice and interesting picture!
I see a lot of fences around the scaffolding on the buildings! They are bright yellow colour!

Best Wishes and HFF

Indeed they are, Peter. They can be easily adjusted by moving up or down.
Thank you for your visit and comments.

Many thanks, George. It has been a quiet uneventful weekend although the numbness is still very evident. I hope you are moving along nicely towards your summer.

Interesting shot Neil...............I'm guessing the driver is pretty rubbish at parallel parking..!!

I can't imagine how you reached that conclusion, Keith ;-)
It was taken in Russia, where they do many things different to us.
However, I appreciate your input as always.

I hope Ipernity isn't in as bad shape as that. Great photo.

It probably has a similar value to Ipernity and faces a similar future, but there is still a glimmer of hope. Thank you for your visit and for taking the time to comment, Ron.
