I had never contemplated your query before. Not around Digbeth anyway, as wall-art appears to be welcomed if not encouraged by the local council. All part of the colourful regeneration of the local area. I recommend a visit if such artwork interests you.....and on a Sunday when it is free parking and the streets are mostly empty.
