Stanway Viaduct

Stanway Viaduct
....with a going away shot of a 3-car DMU heading for Laverton Halt from Winchcombe. I think this was only a test run as I only noticed one passenger on board. A pity there were no steam trains scheduled to cross the viaduct whilst I was there.

It could be so much better, Keith. I hope to return one day when steam will be operating....and on a day when the field I was standing in, is not waterlogged ;-)

A bit like comparing a postcard with an original work of art ;-)
You have been mentioned in despatches on the other view.....by Pachelbel Canon!

It's still an impressive structure from this angle, but I do have to agree with Pam. :-)
