Now where did I put my glasses...?
This is actually pretty close to how I see without my glasses or my contact lenses ;o)

At home, sick and bored, ate a banana and voila! We have a photo ;o)
Experience it large - www.ipernity.com/doc/pixie/461576/sizes/ o

Helgafell
Helgafell mountain above Hafnarfjörður, one of my favourite hiking places.
|
Nikulásargjá Thingvellir
Nikulas's ravine at Thingvellir national park. People throw money in there and make a wish...
It is therefore also called Money ravine.

Tangled beauty
Eriophorum scheuchzeri - White cottongrass - Fífa in Icelandic.

Catching the last rays
The mandatory dandelion clock shot of the season ;o)
Shot at half past eight in a lovely evening sun from my favourite point of view...
|
Fiery Sky
One of the most beautiful sunsets I remember having seen... This photo doesn't do it justice.
Snæfellsjökull and the Snæfellsnes peninsula very visible against the sky.
|
The Day After
The day after New Years Eve usually looks like a war zone.
This is a casing/tube from the fireworks the night before... ;o)
I was experimenting with desaturating all colours but the blue.

Miles to go before I sleep...
The orange version.

Miles to go before I sleep...
The green version.

Keilir
Keilir mountain silhouetted with a strip of Höskuldarvellir fields in the foreground.
|
Morning fog on the mountains and glaciers
The view hiking up Sandfell in Öræfasveit. For some reason I like this photo a lot, maybe it is the typical icelandishness of it... ! :o)

Mad giant went berserk with a fork
Royal de Luxe came to Reykjavík Arts Festival in the summer of 2007 and this was a part of the performance... this piece was near my place of work.
The giant awoke and roamed the city with his cutlery, stabbing things randomly in anger...
The beautiful…

Modestly covered
The top of Snæfell mountain (Snæfellsjökull glacier) is modestly covered by a thin veil of clouds.
|
Nature in layers
Layers of Icelandic nature: Blue sky, Skeggi mountain, soft moss, dirt and gravel.
Should really be viewed in original size: www.ipernity.com/doc/pixie/819259/sizes/ o

Uuuuhhh... guys??
The Icelandic Adrenalin Park, situated in the Hengill area, by the geothermal power plant of Nesjavellir.
Was hiking in the area one day and came upon a group of youngsters with a guide, having fun in the Adrenalin Park.
