Sulfuric colours 


Taken on a 3 day hike in the Icelandic highlands in 2007, on a hiking trail called Laugavegur. Unforgettable... :o) Really looking forward to going there again some day :o)

I guess there was quite a smell in the air too, with all that sulphur! All the same this is a great view of a great landscape... That looks difficult to walk on... :-|

Takk Sigrún, ég tek þær inn í Lightroom og eyk kontrastinn og nota svo eitthvað sem heitir Punch ;o) Það skerpir aðeins litina... svo fikta ég eitthvað fram og til baka :o)

No, the hiking trail called Laugavegur is up in the highlands... it's about 2 hours drive from the city to the starting point of Landmannalaugar... and then the trail itself is a 4 day hike ending in Þórsmörk :o)
