Member tags: you have to have the person in your contacts; in the right column of the photo page click on Add a member and start to write the member name: a list will appear with all your contacts having in their nickname the sequence of letters you wrote.

Including member portraits: they are included in the description on the shot; you can go to the page of the shot you want to include, click on the triangular View all sizes button over the shot, choose the Medium format and go down until you find the Copy HTML code textbox; select and copy it and paste it in your shot description; repeat it for all the shots you want to include

For example the member tags on your massimize yourself - picture..... what was your intention ??
May i ask for your intention ?

This time my initial intention was to drag Massimo's attention on the shot (adding his tag). Then, when others followed, I added their tag too.
I usually use my tag on others stream to find them again. On my stream to attract the attention of some friends or contacts when they are cited, as when I publish someone else's shot on my blog or when I made a post process of someone else's shot.
