The Long Man of Wilmington distant view - 15.9.2018

The Long Man of Wilmington distant view - 15.9.2018
Two views of the Long Man of Wilmington - Why? Because I couldn't decide which to upload. I like the view through the trees in this one, but the Long Man is very faint. In the other one he is more visible but the view is less picturesque.

Annemarie, Karp Panta, Roger (Grisly), Aschi "Freestone" and 8 other people have particularly liked this photo

A lovely view which happens to have the figure in it. The figure gives a terminal point.

I came across this view of the Long Man by chance as I was trying to get a shot of the neighbouring Priory.

I think that is just a trick of the camera angle not a particularly agile sheep! HFF anyway!
