Phil Sutters club has replied to Peggy C club
They go to great lengths to design seats that will dissuade homeless people or drunks from sleeping on them, but they seem to forget people who need backs and arms to sit comfortably on and rise easily from them. Here, where the station's access is controlled by ticket barriers, there should be few who would want to lie down on the seating!
