Intruding Extrusions 


I love how its extrusions intrude on a gorgeous sky (or is it the other way round?)

The brand new Towner building. Thanks to Rick Mather Architects and my favourite Blueprint Magazine for bringing it to my attention. Fittingly it's the new home of an art gallery. - Best Viewed Bigger - Best Viewed Bigger

I've just read about the new art gallery building in Chicago, this is a sculptural gallery, but how do the works fare inside ( light)?
The browny greys and the gaps in black work against the mottled sky
