Oh, I'm delighted that you're so happy to see me, despite of this out-of-fashion nightgown that I'm wearing! ;-PPP

are you talking to the cheese?

Lillian Virginia Mountweazel replies:
No, to myself!! LOL.
Well, I thought it's an image of me...because I actually used to have such a nightgown, hahaha...and that you're happy to see me (at least the cheesy version) ;-)

BTW, do you always eat Gouda and nothing but Gouda, or do you just use that type of cheese for your cheese art because it (Gouda) has the optimum consistency?

peri22bpro replies:
this cheese is from Amsterdam... the ones from Gouda I can get at the local shop are a bit too sticky, too soft for the hard realities of my art!

Lillian Virginia Mountweazel replies:
Oh! Well, that explains it - so the hard facts of life are to be found in Amsterdam! :-) Next question: how long does it usually take you to carve one of these works of art? You may remember that my previous incarnation did a cheesy Titanic - and I was amazed that it actually took me much longer than I thought it would.

usually a couple of minutes, vorausgesetzt that I know what I'm going to do

Lillian Virginia Mountweazel replies:
You mean provided that... ;-))) That makes sense, but isn't it also possible that it can be faster when one doesn't know what one is doing? ;-) And now lemme think...I don't exactly remember how long it took me, it was several months ago...I guess about 15 - 20 minutes (well, women are slower, so...) :-DDD
