So it has gone to Brenners Children's Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC

Yes !!

Each concert... (2 at each city) $1 of each ticket goes to a local kids charity. Always to kids.

"Kids are our future"... you will hear Paul O'Neil say that over and over.

Last year at OKC that amounted to nearly $38,000 ... yes.. THOUSAND between 2 charities.

Different charities each year. EVERY SINGLE CONCERT... 53 venues last year.

You do the sums.

The musicians here employed are from the OKC Symphony Orchestra.

Its like Peggy says(and me !) These people gibe SO MUCH BACK

Also.. these concerts you could take a 3 year old or a 90 year old to and never have a monemts embarrassment.

Forgot and glad you remembered - both concerts ! We also had 2 concerts here, but the venue isn't as large as OKC. Musicians here - some from The NC Symphony .. some from The Greensboro Symphony and others I do not remember the connection to a group ... although, there are student musicians at times.

Have only heard, in person, of one person not enjoying TSO --- in Florida, a man took his wife to the concert, then held in Lakeland -- left after a few songs.
He mentioned it to a co-worker [ a friend of mine ] ... "Nobody told me they were a rock group!" Yes, that is a direct quote ... my friend asked him if he knew anything about TSO .."no, I didn't"..
My friend .."well, why didn't you look them up - they have a website?"

The person - '' well, they are Trans-Siberian Orchestra - didn't see why I had to look up an orchestra!"

Oh, yes .. I see them each time --- one year got a really good shot of them !
