Benched_it : This tower is near the Western Electric plant -- see the Article "More" ... that should explain part of it --- a 'good explore' ---- I don't know the 'people' to make that happen. Being on the outside will probably be as close as I'll come -- though, there is always the salvage part -- no idea when it is to begin, but will drive by every so often!
