I decided to travel light ;-) When I moved to Ipernity from My Opera, I tried to backup most of the things and bring them with me. This time I have had enough! Most of us interested on present anyway =D

Aargh!

I am so angry with iPernity - these are MY pictures, and yet I cannot save them to MY machine because they have changed them to some funny file that doesn't work on my PC.

Due to a Ransom ware attack, I lost everything on my PC, and was relieved that I at least had some here, and now....NOTHING!!

I'm so sorry and sorry that I didn't realize this had happened to you. I don't know what your specific issue was, but at this point if you still can't get your photos in the format you need - people have found third party ways to get their photos. You can look in the Help & Contact section where there is updated FAQs. You can also Contact the IMA team, they are very helpful.
