Ok. Now you get this portrait and compare with all the other you have in your stream. Why this one is much better than the rest???
Well, there is this thing in the middle called nose Mother Nature gave to all of us to make shadow all day. When you bring your models to the shadow side, camera appreciates it, but the final result use to be not natural: We are used to see ourselfs shadowing. Then you need a very goodlooking model to get a good shadow portrait, the guy on the hat, not bad.
Thanks for your comment, Manuel. All my portraits are candid portraits. This means the "models" don't know they are a model, and I can't ask them to turn around a little ... I can ask the sun to turn around, but she's very slow. ;-)
