Barack Obama ist gerade eben in Fort Myers gelandet - das erinnert mich sehr an den Besuch von Kennedy damals in Berlin. Ach was war das aufregend! :-)

It was a great town hall meeting! But I didn't go down to stand in the road: They never said where the motorcade would go (not even the news reporters knew!), and people were just guessing. And then the limos zoomed by so fast, that people on the road were not even sure if they had seen him or not ;-)

For the tickets, they were standing in line for TWELVE hours - and then it was announced there were only 250 tickets for more than a thousand people who were waiting. Crazy!

But I watched it on TV the whole time while he was here.
