We saw mostly children's graves on the small cemetery, some of them didn't even have a name. The gravemarkers simply read "son of ..." or "infant". Some had the year on them, and only one of the graves had flowers on it.
What a huge difference to the gorgeous cemetary in Elkmont, where the town celebrities are buried! This one here made me sad, especially when I witnessed some teenage tourists jumping over the gravemarkers, playing tag. But then again, it's a kid's cemetery - maybe the spirits of those kids had fun watching ...

Ich nehme mal an, der Friedhof war direkt da, weil das Schulhaus am Sonntag als Kirche benutzt wurde. Zentral gelegen halt.
