oh you mean a standard "Fugu"?
well they're indeed from the same family, and they share the name. Except that this one's not poisonous but on the other side his skin is incredibly hard, like a turtle.
Hence the name "hako fugu", which would be like "box fugu". And thanks to that they Japanese don't really like to eat them :P
too troublesome to cook!
