Ahhh! A very interesting Japanese proverb.
(You should read it as: Onna gokoro to aki no sora)

Literally:
Women's heart and autumn sky

Means that a woman's mind changes very often, just like the autumn sky

Ladies, the picture above should help to illustrate the point :P
