Plimoth Plantation is a living museum dedicated to recreating Plimoth (today's Plymouth), the first permanent European settlement in southern New England (AD 1620). There is not only a reconstruction of the 1627 village occupied by the Pilgrims, but also a reconstruction of a native American village (Hobbamock's Homesite).
The pilgrims are represented by actors. It's quite interesting to talk to them. They speak the old English dialect and pretend that they don't know anything that happened after 1627. You can try to provoke them, but be careful when they turn the tables and ask you about "news" from Europe ;-)
