Fascinated in the blue colours, the contrast, the saturation, the calmness of the water... again and again :o) Also the perspective is very well. And it's great, that there are no foot-marks in the snow... seems to be a very calmly place on Christmas Evening... btw... what are you doing there... your living-room's full of presents, x-mas tree and a festive mood... ;-)

Thank you for your lovely comment Sandra. This was taken at 11:30 in the morning of Christmas Day. Here in Iceland we open our packages in the evening of December 24. The weather was so beautiful I had to go out, enjoy it for a while and take some pictures ;o)

Okay - I doesn't notice the time when it was taken, because it's very dark there in Iceland at this time.
Here in Germany we also open our gifts in the evening of Dec 24. (Holy Evening).

OK, I thought it was some special Icelandic thing to open the packages on the 24th :o) Guess I've seen too many American movies, thought everyone opened the packages in the morning of the 25th. :D
