That's a beauty Richard. Pretty magnificent macro here which is a credit to your mirror-less camera and its Leica long lens here. I guess, like my crop sensor it acts like a 600mm in 35mm terms. I used to see a lot of dragon-flies but nor many this year-maybe too dry? They always fly off, long before I can get this close. ☼ Well done.

Its more like 800mm Herb, hence being able to grab the shot befre it escapes!! The other trick if you have time, is see where they land- they tend to return to the same spot over and over -and wait til they are tired and stop for a bit - all of course, very easy to say!!
