ipernity: my street / thailand by Tinnakorn Nugul

The Thai government made a lot of advertising to encourage tourism. As a matter a fact, thanks to tourism, foreign currencies enter the country. Some tourists come to Thailand by group for only one thing: to get up the Thai girls’ skirts….

The street where I live is named Jet Yod Street. There is also a temple that has the same name in this area. I remember my childhood when I used to play with my friends in this street. It was a very quiet place.

At that time, there were only houses and small grocery stores. Now, my street is full of bars and entertainment places to entertain tourists. During the evening, the street is lit by sparkling neon lights that lead the people who live here to nickname it as the street of sins.
