Use this train and transfer to subway.
My flat has no more space for parking, so I can't keep my car with me.
That is one of problem with city but....it is not enough for me to keep away from there.

I would prefer the train in every case :-) But my situation is completely different to yours: I have only 10 minutes by bike. And there is no train here at all.
