Sorbet bombe - inside 

That sounds delicious and looks very appetizing, I must have a look at your blog for the recipe!!

it's not on my blog unfortunately sisah! But it's not very difficult to make.
Just take 2,3 or 4 different kinds of ice cream. A nest of bowls.
Put the first icecream in (half melted) and push a bowl in that's a little smaller, until the ice cream reaches the edges of the bowl. Fixate with clingfilm and freeze.
The rest of the ice creams in the same way using smaller bowls each time. You could do this with shop-bought ice cream as well.

Thank you Lien, but it's not only the attractive "design" I like, but also the recipe itself I find very interesting:lavender syrup, applesorbet and blackcurrant...a very promising combination IMO !!
