Just take 2,3 or 4 different kinds of ice cream. A nest of bowls.
Put the first icecream in (half melted) and push a bowl in that's a little smaller, until the ice cream reaches the edges of the bowl. Fixate with clingfilm and freeze.
The rest of the ice creams in the same way using smaller bowls each time. You could do this with shop-bought ice cream as well.
