Yeah, that was quite a brakestomper of a line - too bad Northwestern replaced it all with a single 34.5kV line.

Was that behind the old power plant at Redfield? There were three or four 33-kv circuits coming out of the plant's substation at one time. I like the 69-kv H-frames in the background. The 115-kv adds to the complexity of the picture!

This was at the beginning of the line that went down to the plant that you speak of (which was recently retired).

The lines that are going off to the right are heading into a major transmission sub for the area.
