Hmm, I wonder what is with those two padmount transformers? I see a riser on each system. Looks like they are a little big for a station transformer. Looks like they also have some other box next to them.

I'm thinking they are 24.9kV/2400V step-downs as spares if the Presho Town sub goes down.
