Just a typical early REA line with hi-tops. I'd wager it went up in the late '40s when Lincoln-Union Electric took over service to Davis and 2 other nearby towns from Interstate Power Co.

This has got to be some early stuff as I seldom run into the steel flat braces on co-op construction.

Those flat steel braces were standard up here for years and are still quite common in the Dakotas. In recent years many have gone to the larger wooden braces (like NSP used).
