You got any shots of Riverdale's distribution system? It'll be interesting to see if it runs at 13.8 delta.

I got the 13.8kV delta from the fact the 2 distribution lines out of the WAPA sub have no neutral and that voltage is the generator voltage. When the town was still run by the feds the distribution was actually 2400V delta with a 6.6A loop thrown in (all the cross arms had 5 wires). The feds made a lot of repairs and improvements before they 'sold' Riverdale to the state in 1986.

The distribution is definitely wye as there's a neutral and various grounded single-phase branches, but I'm not sure what voltage it runs at as the line has triple-petticoat bowls and pairs of 10" disks (almost as if it's 23.9kV?). The Riverdale muni is also the only sub I know of that's still inside a building.
