Montana-Dakota Utilities - Bismarck, ND
An interesting structure in the 4160V part of town. The topmost line is 12.5kV, however. In the '80s there were four 4160V circuits in addition to the 12.5kV line.

The 4160V was 6 on each arm, 4 above, 2 below. They bit the dust between when we moved to SD in 1984 and my first line safari in 1997.

I need to have SW OH Lines make a mockup of what it looked like.

It's not too often when I see that many circuits per pole. The closest I can think of that I've recently photographed was that old quad circuit line from Alabama Power:
