Here's the one pole after Xcel's transformer bank was pulled down. The muni's neutral is below Xcel's secondary cable. Looks like there was a pole fire at one time? The burn mark is where the main arm bolt was.

It would be nice if they left the pole just like this--reminds me of an old subtransmission line in a way.

Looks a little bit like CL&P old 26.7kv sub-transmission lines except for the iron brace and multiparts doesn't it?

They finally pulled down the arm this week. It now just has secondary and communications.
