I'm not sure if this is a holdover from Red River Power or if it is part of a private line owned / maintained by UND. But I'm sure that's a big Westy in the middle!

That's a nice transformer bank there! I always loved those platform setups. Does it serve four separate underground services, or does each phase have a dedicated weatherhead?

Looks like 3 idle weatherheads and the left 2 still in use.
