The former bifurcated circuit north of the distribution sub. The pole in front would have been where the two circuits melded into one - note the guy wires and the taps on the conductors.

A step-up / switching station was built just north to accommodate the wind farm and so the bifurcated loop was torn out. Wasn't happy with that ugly van in the shot so I went back later only to find OTP had pulled the idled KPF switch off the second pole.

I like that KPF switch in the background...too bad they threw it out.

Funny thing is one of my power line shots was likewise interuppted by a crappy old Dodge Caravan as well:
