A typical pile along the 69kV line west of Sioux Falls - probably won't be there tomorrow!

Looks like the contractor is taking the line down by cutting the conductors span by span (that probably takes some work to keep everything clear of the 23.9kV line) then carving up the 69kV section of the pole.
